University School of Nashville senior George Rayson took home six Regional Gold Key prizes at the Scholastic Art Competition earlier this year. Rayson went on to garner five awards at the national level and was named the American Vision winner for the Middle Tennessee region. Rayson will be honored at a reception at Carnegie Hall on June 1, and his paintings and drawings will be displayed at Parsons in New York this month.
