SNAP Auction
Fine art photography collectors, mark your calendars. On September 28, SNAP, the Society of Nashville’s Artistic Photographers, is hosting “Focus on Rebuilding” Photography Auction. This event will be the second to benefit Rebuilding Together. The nonprofit assists low-income families, veterans, and people with disabilities with home repairs that they otherwise could not afford.
This year, renowned photographers, including Herman Leonard, John Guider, Jim McGuire, Fred Clarke, Michel Leroy, Mark Boughton, John Baeder, Jerry Atnip, Jack Spencer, Stacey Irvin, Barry A. Noland, Teresa M. Sims, Judy Kuniansky, Nicholas Dantona, Pierre Vreyen, Kay Ramming, and others, have donated unframed prints, photography books, and prints of their own works. Arrive early to peruse the items up for sale, and feel free to enter your silent bid. If you like photography, this event is highly recommended. The live auction begins at 7:45, with several big-ticket prints taking the stage.
Attend “Focus on Rebuilding” on September 28, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at 1604 Elm Hill Pike, Nashville. For additional details visit snapnashville.org.
