The second Nashville Murals Bicycle Tour is coming up this Saturday, June 10 at 10am! Started by Brenda Stein and Sara Lee Burd and co-hosted by Walk Bike Nashville, the tour allows participants to get a better look at a selection of the murals around town. Not only that, but there will be an educated member of the arts community there to tell the bikers about the murals so that they can fully appreciate the artists’ works.

The rides start and end at Downtown Library, at the statue of books on the corner of 7th and Church, and there will be two routes: a five-mile route featuring artists like Herakut, Rone, Above, Shoe, Curiot, Herb Williams, Sam Dunson, Emily Miller, Brandon Donahue, Jon Buko, Michael Cooper, Norf Art Collective, and Andee Rudloff; and an eight-mile route that extends down into the Gulch to see additional works by James Threalkill, Michael McBride, Chris Zidek, Nathan Brown, and Kelsey Montague.

Participants can bring their own bikes and helmets, or rent bikes from Nashville B-Cycle.
