University School of Nashville (USN) will host Artclectic, its annual art show and sale, October 24 – 26. This year’s nouveau-themed event, organized by chairs Carrington Fox, Kelly Linton and Arnita Ozgener, features several new elements, including new 30 artists; POPclectic, an artisan pop-up market; participation from SEED Space community-supported art; sculpture demonstration by Alan LeQuire; video installations and robotic sculptures; food and more.
Visitors will enjoy hundreds of works of art, including paintings, sculpture, textile arts, prints and furniture ranging in price from $20 and $5,000. New artists include Sarah Collier, Diane Craig, Spears McAllester, Lisa Toland, and Mark Whitley. Returning artists include Artclectic award winners Roger Clayton, Tim Hooper, Christina Justiz, Marti McGinnis, and Delia Seigenthaler.
The three-day event takes place at USN, 2000 Edgehill Avenue. Proceeds support USN’s Artclectic Endowment Fund for Innovative Teaching. Artclectic is free to the public on Saturday, October 26. Reservations are required for the Patrons Party on October 24, and admission to the Community Party on October 25 is $20.
